Our time on the Involving Young People Collective: what we've learned

As Dan, Mel, Francesca, Ines, Shirley, Chelbi and Aaliyah from our Involving Young People Collective (IYPC) come to the end of their time as consultants at Esmée, they talk about what they've learnt, what they’ve valued and how their time with the IYPC has influenced them.

Their reflections offer a glimpse into the experience of working alongside Esmée to bring young people’s perspectives into our work and funding practice.

We're so grateful to them for their immense contributions - from co-designing the Youth-Led Creativity Fund and Involving Young People Fund to helping us as an organisation progress diversity, equity and inclusion. We know they'll continue to do amazing things and look forward to following their journeys.

Welcoming new consultants to the IYPC

In July, we also welcomed eight new young consultants: Abi, Emily, Leon, Fabjola, Floriana, Abbey, Malcolm and Ruth.
