We're hosting a webinar on 14 October 2025 to discuss the findings and share reflections from our review of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) support provided to organisations we fund through Funding Plus.
Join the webinar to:
- Learn about the pros and cons of the different approaches to DEI – what works and what doesn't, and in what circumstances

- We will have a BSL interpreter on screen who will interpret what is being spoken live. If you think you might want to ask a question using BSL, please let us know in the registration form. - Presentation and more information
Before the webinar, we will update this page to share the presentation slides. We'll also share case studies from the review. All those who have registered will receive a link to these when they're ready.
- Asking questions
We recommend taking a look at the review in advance, as you may find what you're looking for.
- In the webinar, we will be using the Q&A facility, which you can use to add your questions. You will be able to see all questions, as well as ‘upvote’ questions you’d like answered. You will also be able to see questions that have been answered. Attendees will not be able to share their video or audio.
- We recommend submitting questions in advance to communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk so we can make sure we are able to respond to your question as best we can.
- The panel will answer questions live. Please don't worry if you miss anything, we will be sharing the recording and transcript afterwards, and if you need clarification on anything after the webinar ends, send us an email.
- For any questions we are not able to answer during the webinar, we will do our best to answer them afterwards and share them along with the recordings and transcript.
- Please note that everyone will be able to see questions added – so please do not share personal information or sensitive information about your organisation.
- We will also try to prioritise questions we think may be relevant to more people.
- Sending messages to the panel and attendees
Please note that Zoom's Chat facility will be disabled for attendees. This is so we can manage questions better and avoid missing questions that might have been shared in the Chat. We will, however, use the Chat to share information. If you would like to send us a message, please email us at communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk.
