Youth-Led Creativity funding Q&A: 16 July 2026

Join the Esmée team and Involving Young People Collective for a Q&A webinar about our Youth-Led Creativity funding, which will open to applications in July 2026.

At this webinar, you’ll hear from Esmée staff and consultants with our Involving Young People Collective. We will share more about the aims of the programme, the support available, and application process. We will also have time to answer your questions.

Date, time and registration

The webinar will take place at 1pm on 16 July 2026. Register here for the webinar.

Accessing the webinar and language
  • We will be using Zoom to host the webinar. See guidance on joining and participating in a Zoom webinar.
  • The webinar will be recorded. We will update this page on our website with the recording, along with the transcript once available.
  • If you would like to attend the webinar live, please register by clicking the registration link above.
  • The webinar will be live captioned using Zoom or Otter ai. We will share the link that you need to access the live captions at the beginning of the webinar.
  • We will have a BSL interpreter on screen who will interpret what is being spoken live. If you think you might want to ask a question using BSL, please let us know in the registration form. To make sure you can see the BSL interpreters at all times, please check that your View is set to ‘Gallery View’. You can do this by clicking the ‘View’ button in the top right hand corner of the window. You can also ‘pin’ their windows. See more information on adjusting your view settings in Zoom.
  • If you have additional or other access needs, please email communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk.

Please note the webinar will be in English, and we will provide a transcript in Welsh. If you would like to ask a question in Welsh or have other access needs, please let us know by email: communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk.

Presentation and more information

We will update this page and share the presentation slides (in English and Welsh) before the webinar.

Asking questions
  • In the webinar, we will be using the Q&A facility, which you can use to add your questions. You will be able to see all questions, as well as ‘upvote’ questions you’d like answered. You will also be able to see questions that have been answered. Attendees will not be able to share their video or audio.
  • We recommend submitting questions in advance to communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk so we can make sure we are able to respond to your question as best we can.
  • The panel will answer questions live. But so that we can answer as many questions as possible, members of the team will also be typing responses in the Q&A facility. Please don't worry if you miss anything, we will be sharing the recording and transcript afterwards, and if you need clarification on anything after the webinar ends, send us an email.
  • For any questions we are not able to answer during the webinar, we will do our best to answer them afterwards and share them along with the recordings and transcript.
  • Please note that everyone will be able to see questions added – so please do not share personal information or sensitive information about your organisation.
  • We will also try to prioritise questions we think may be relevant to more people.
Sending messages to the panel and attendees

Please note that Zoom's Chat facility will be disabled for attendees. This is so we can manage questions better and avoid missing questions that might have been shared in the Chat. We will, however, use the Chat to share information. If you would like to send us a message, please email us at communications@esmeefairbairn.org.uk.
