In September 2024, Peer Power, Place Matters, and Esmée convened organisations taking part in a peer learning group on supporting employees with lived experience to share their learning with funders. This page shares the visual notes created by Lizzies Lines about the group's learning journey.

Recommendations for funders
Several powerful points of reflection were raised by and for funders to rethink their practice, including:
- Prevent rather than react
- Embed better practice - it shouldn't be additional
