Supporting employees with lived experience

Since 2023, along with Peer Power Youth and Place Matters, we have hosted a peer learning group dedicated to leaders of organisations with a significant portion of staff with lived experience of the issues they work in. This report by Lizzies Lines shares the group's learning journey so far.

Together, we can protect the health and wellbeing of our communities, prioritise safeguarding, dismantle workplace barriers, prevent harm and re-traumatisation, and contribute to a more inclusive sector.
