Review of diversity, equity and inclusion support through Funding Plus

We're pleased to share a report reviewing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) support provided to organisations we fund through Funding Plus.

The report, by Luminance Insight, Tharani Learning and Research, and Thriving Together, reviews the range of organisational DEI support used by organisations funded by Esmée. It explores the different approaches, impact on the organisation, and what funders could do to better support organisations to make progress towards diversity, equity and inclusion; as well as recommendations for organisations seeking support for their own DEI journey.

You can see and download the full report below. A web version of the summary of the key findings that is screenreader friendly is here.

We will be hosting a webinar to discuss the findings and share more reflections in the Autumn. But if you'd like to share your thoughts with us or have a question about this work beforehand, do get in touch! You can email us at communication@esmeefairbairn.org.uk.
