Museums Association Esmée Fairbairn Collections Fund

What is the Collections Fund?

The Esmée Fairbairn Collections Fund, run by the Museums Association, has been awarding grants to museums to connect collections to people since 2011. We have awarded over £8.5m to 108 projects across 17 grant rounds.

The purpose of the Collections Fund is to fund a range of projects that demonstrate the significance, distinctiveness and power of collections to people.

A range of case studies are available on the Museums Association website.
